Eugene was born on June 8, 1929 and passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016. Eugene was a resident of Saint Petersburg, Florida at the time of his passing. During his U.S. Air Force career, he served in the 13th Bomb Squadron during the Korean Conflict and in the Military Airlift Command during the Vietnam War. He was married to Mary Kay Kearney. A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, at Anderson-McQueen, 2201 Dr. MLK Street North. A service will follow. A private committal service with full military honors will take place on Thursday, October 13 at 11:30am at Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241.
