EMMANUEL "MANOLIS" KTISTAKIS January 2, 1948 ~ October 14, 2016 "He never stopped living all the way to the end." Emmanuel "Manolis" Ktistakis, 68 years old, died Oct. 14, 2016 in his daughters home in Vancouver, WA. He lived there for the last year and a half since his wife, Millie Ktistakis of 42 years, died June 14, 2015. Emmanuel was born in Armeni, Greece, where he still has three sisters and one brother residing. He was in the Greek Navy and came to the United States in 1974. Emmanuel retired 2 years ago from Pacific Paper Tube as a Plant Manager where he was very dedicated and enjoyed working for 17 years. For those who knew him, he was a simple man, a man that gave to anyone and was a expert at loving. His family was his life and his grandchildren was his happiness. Emmanuel has one daughter, Stelitsa Ktistakis and son-in- law, Konstantine Fassilis; son, Demetrios Ktistakis and daughter-in-law, Shana Ktistakis; four granddaughters; six grandsons; and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stelitsa and Demetrios Ktistakis. We will have a Celebration of Life on Sun., Oct. 23 at 3:00 p.m. at his daughters home.
