Mr. Edward "Jake" Eubanks WARRENVILLE, SC - Mr. Edward "Jake" Eubanks, 80, husband of Mrs. Nellie Hatcher Eubanks, Warrenville, SC, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born in Aiken County, SC to the late E. Wayne and Josephine "Jean" Holley Eubanks, Jake proudly served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Dixie Clay Company as a mechanic and was a member of Pentecost United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming the land and he was a skilled mechanic. Surviving along with his wife, Nellie Hatcher Eubanks, Warrenville, SC are two daughters, Eve Ford (Franklin) and Karen Eubanks (James Lewis), all of Warrenville, SC; a sister, Ann Skinner (Ken), North Augusta, SC; three brothers, Stephen Eubanks, North Augusta, SC, Richard Eubanks (Rose) and Ted Eubanks, all of Warrenville, SC; three grandchildren: Zac Ford, Kayleigh Lewis, James Edward Lewis and five great-grandchildren: Seth Ford, Allie Ford, Zaine Ford, Ryleigh Ready and Nathan Ready. A brother, Joe Eubanks, preceded him in death. The family expresses sincere thanks to Mike and Sherry Haltiwanger and Ricky and Corky Heath. A Celebration of Life Service will be on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at 2 o'clock at Pentecost United Methodist Church, Warrenville, SC with Pastor Susan Maddox officiating.
