Doris M. Quinlan
BENNINGTON - Doris M. (Trudeau) Quinlan, 84, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2016. She was born Aug. 13, 1932, in Chicopee, Massachusetts, the daughter of Alphonse and Rosabelle (Tetreault) Trudeau. She graduated from Cathedral High School in Springfield, Massachusetts. She later attended Fordham University's School of Pharmacy. She married Edward "Ted" Quinlan on Dec. 27, 1952. Mr. Quinlan predeceased her Jan. 18, 2013. Survivors include her children Karen LaMontagne, Mark Quinlan, Beth-Anne Quinlan, Daniel Quinlan, Brian Quinlan and Trude Mann; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mrs. Quinlan was predeceased by three brothers; Rolland, Henry and Armand Trudeau. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016, Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales Church in Bennington. The family will greet friends an hour before the service. Graveside committal services will follow at the Park Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics Vermont, 19 Gregory Drive, South Burlington, VT 05403; or St. Jude's Shrine, 512 West Saratoga St., Baltimore, MD 21201.
