Donna Wilma Sansing Thomas Shuper November 13, 1935 - February 09, 2017 Visalia Donna Wilma Sansing Thomas Shuper, 81, of Visalia, California passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017 in Visalia, California. Donna was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 13, 1935 to John W. Sansing and Gladys Horner Sansing. She moved with her family to Oakdale, California in 1943 and graduated from Oakdale High School. Donna also attended Modesto Junior College. In 1955, Donna married her first love, Malcolm Thomas. They moved to Visalia, California in 1968. While raising her young family she started back to work and eventually secured a position with Tulare County. She worked for 20 years for the Welfare Collections Department, and retired in the late 90's. Donna was a member of Church of Christ. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi and a founding member of a long running Bunco group. Donna was artistic and loved sewing, watercolor painting and making beautiful wedding cakes. She was known for her style and fashion sense and the more bling, the better! Donna was preceded in death by her parents, John and Gladys and her brother Gayland Sansing. She leaves to cherish her memory, three children: Loretta Feldstein of Visalia; Polly Young and husband Scott of Ceres, CA and Malcom Thomas II of West Springfield, MA. One brother, Jon Sansing of Scotts Valley, CA and one sister, Ali James of Modesto, CA. Grandchildren, Luke Feldstein and wife Shelah, Visalia; Rachel Feldstein, Visalia; Jason Young and wife Ashley, Costa Mesa, CA; Jonet Young, Irvine/Visalia CA; Jonathan Young and wife Emily, Las Vegas, NV. Great-grandchildren, Georgia, Abram and Levi Feldstein, and Dillinger Young. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 from 9 - 11 a.m. with services beginning at 11 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia.
