DONNA FAY RUPP Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home Donna Rupp, born on July 13, 1928, in Enterprise, Oregon, passed away December 23rd, 2016 at the age of 88 in Redmond Washington. Donna was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survived by her children Linda Banken, John Rupp (Louise) and Jim Rupp (Carol), 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph, parents Lester and Helen Stoop, sister Linda Taylor and son-in-law Greg Banken. During her formative years, she lived in Umatilla, OR, Pasco, WA and The Dalles, OR. She married Ralph Rupp and July 4, 1949 and lived in Portland, OR, Pasco, WA, Pendleton, OR, Spokane, WA and settled in Pasco, WA, where she lived on West Marie Street for 56 years. Donna moved to Redmond, WA to be close to family in 2014. Donna and her family were members of St Patrick's Catholic Church, she was a charter member of the Pasco Catholic Daughters, was involved in the Children's Orthopedic Guild and she and Ralph were active in the Historical Society of German from Russia. A creative and fun person Donna had many interests, including home dcor, crafts, genealogy, politics, making home brewed beer, playing bridge, camping, fishing, traveling and most importantly spending time with family and friends. Many people were drawn to her friendly personality and enjoyed her spunky sense of humor. Services for Donna will be held on January 14th starting at 10AM with Holy Mass at St. Patrick's Church in Pasco, WA, followed by her interment at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick, WA and a memorial celebration and lunch at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home adjacent to Desert Lawn Memorial Park.
