NEGRONI-HENDRICK, DIONE "Dee", Wife, mother, artist, philanthropist and long-time resident of Florida, Dione "Dee" Negroni-Hendrick 83, passed away January 5, 2017 at home in Cocoa Village. She was born on January 10, 1933 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Samuel J. Foosaner and Renee Robinson Foosaner and raised in Upper Montclair, NJ. Dee was a talented photographer and an avid traveler, having visited many countries around the world. After high school, she attended New Jersey School for Women, now a part of Rutgers. After marrying her first husband she moved to North Miami Beach. At 42 she received a degree from Miami Dade Junior College. Dee believed in the importance of giving back to society. She was an active supporter of the arts and education and contributed to many organizations including the Samuel J. Foosaner Reading Gallery at Rutgers University Law Library, Brevard's Negroni-Hendrick Mobile Library and SOS Children's Village. Survivors include her husband, Donald Hendrick and five children, Jamie, Elisa Antonia, Mavis Catherine, Andrea Lee, and Lorie Christine Negroni as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 on Tuesday, January 10 at Rockledge Presbyterian Church, 921 Rockledge Dr, Rockledge, FL 32955, followed by a light reception.
