Charles, Delphine "Dell" Delphine "Dell" Charles, 100, beloved Wife, Mother and Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on October 13, 2016. She entered this world on February 21,1916, in Green Bay, WI, born to Andrew and Antoinette (Hyska) Cegelski. Dell is survived by her three children: Kathleen (Bill) DiVergilio, Florida; Scott (Peggy) Charles, Green Bay; Paul (Cheryl) Charles, Green Bay; four grandchildren: Rachel (fiance-Mark Oconnor and son Evan), Green Bay; Brittany, Milwaukee; Andrew, Madison, and Jack, Madison; a brother Jim (Bette) Cegelski, two sisters, Loretta "Katie' Boschert, and Phyllis "Daisy" Jacobs; plus numerous nieces and nephews. Dell was preceded in death by her beloved husband A.B. "Bud" Charles, sisters: Beatrice (Paul) Anderson, Bernice Cegelski, Eleanor (Butch) Okrey, Rita (Clayton) Toonen, Valencia Cegelski, and brothers: Edwin, Cyril, Arnold, Rodney, Rudolph, and Robert Cegelski, in addition to many dearly departed in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. Dell lived her life to her last day bringing joy and happiness to all. In her younger years she was an avid golfer, golfing daily, 18 holes, sometimes more. She also enjoyed playing bridge and hosting many a cocktail party. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy. The grandchildren always knew when they went to Grandma's house that hidden under her bed were boxes of delicious Seroogy's candy. Delphine was an avid traveler, particularly to California and Florida. Visitation for friends and family will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 130 St. Matthews Street, Monday October 17, 2016, from 9:30 -10:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
