Gaffney, S.C. - Debora "Debbie" McDowell Crocker, 54, of 432 Goucher School Road, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 17, 2016 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Eddie Dean Crocker and daughter of Shirley Robertson Maloney and husband, Doug, of Gaffney and the late Eugene McDowell. She was a graduate of Gaffney High School and was employed at Ingles. She loved her family and was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband, mother and stepfather are two sons, Derrick Crocker and Nicholas Crocker and fiance, Neely Parris and her daughter, Kylee, both of Gaffney and a daughter, Lindsey Crocker of Gaffney; three brothers, Tony McDowell and wife, Kim, of Spartanburg, Scotty McDowell of Houston, Texas and Adam Maloney of Gaffney; three sisters, Renee Hill and husband, Scott, Amy Ashe and husband, Brent, and Jennifer Mabe and husband, Josh, all of Gaffney; two grandchildren, Madison Queen and Caleb Crocker. She was also loved by a number of nieces and nephews, friends and other family members. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Stephanie McDowell. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at White Plains Baptist Church with Dr. Bob Finley officiating. Interment will be in the White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery.
