Clifford was born on May 13, 1949 and passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016. Clifford was a resident of Elberton, Georgia at the time of his passing. Funeral services to celebrate his life will held 2PM, Monday, October 17 in the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Olds officiating. Interment will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
