Cicero was born on March 21, 1927 and passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Cicero was a resident of Statesboro, Georgia at the time of his passing. r. Bennett retired from the U.S. Army where he proudly served his country with honor during the Vietnam War. He was married to Brenda Cannady Bennett. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 15, 2017 from the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Reverend Rodney Kesler officiating with burial to follow with full military honors at Jackson Memorial Gardens, Commerce, Georgia. The family will receive friends 6:00 ' 8:00 P.M.
