WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio — Charles L. Hines, 83, of Washington Court House, Ohio, passed away on Saturday April 15, 2017 at Court House Manor, Washington Court House. He was born September 18, 1933 to the late Roy and Mable Duncan Hines. Charles retired from Krogers Bakery in Columbus. Charles leaves behind his wife of 63 years Ima Jean Sparkman Hines. In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by a brother Tom Shuler and sister Bernice Hamp. He is survived by two sons Richard Hines and Danny (Nancy) Hines; daughters Susan (Kevin) Manns and Donna Johnson all of Washington Court House; brother Larry Hines of Amanda; sisters Betty Jo Nibert, Helen Martin, Janet (Kerr) Baird all of West Virginia, and Tate Gilpen both of Amanda; grandchildren Jenna Manns, Jennifer Johnson, Brittany Fannin, Thomas Johnson, Nikki (Bryan) Riley, Kasey Stolzenburg, Cameron Hines, Caleb Hines and Kassidy Hines and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; special friends Jamie Steiner, Wild Bill and Carol. Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Morrow Funeral Home, Washington Court House with Pastor Andrew Johnson and Lynn Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Jeffersonville. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6-8 pm.
