Charles A. "Chick" Gorsuch
Charles A. "Chick" Gorsuch Charles A. "Chick" Gorsuch passed away January 9, 2017. He was born in 1922 and raised in Zanesville, OH. He married Shirley Digby in Los Angeles, CA in 1943, and the two of them raised a family of three children; Jeff, Janet, and Peter. He had 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. He attended high school at St. John's Military Academy, Delafield, Wisconsin. He is a graduate of Miami U. Oxford, OH. After a 3 ½ year tour in the Armoured Force in WWII, he joined the Ayers Mineral Co. of Zanesville. Charles "Chick" Gorsuch is survived by his wife Barbara Parsons Gorsuch, son Jeffrey (Juliet) Gorsuch of Milwaukee, WI, daughter Janet Kozak, of Bethel Park, PA, his sister Elizabeth "Lisa" Figus of Palm Desert, CA., and step daughters Robin Diner, Portland, OR, Patricia (Don) Stephens, San Francisco, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Zanesville Museum of Art: The Shirley Gorsuch Exhibit Hall 620 Military Road Zanesville, OH 43701.
