Cecil Raymond McIntire Roscoe, TX Cecil Raymond McIntire, 85, of Sweetwater, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016 at his residence. Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Roscoe with Rev. David Draper officiating. Interment will follow at Roscoe Cemetery under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday, October 17, 2016 at McCoy Funeral Home in Sweetwater. He was born December 19, 1930 in Collins County, TX to parents Raymond and Rosie McIntire. Cecil married Carrol Simpson on October 8, 1949 in Roscoe, TX. Cecil was a member of First Baptist Church in Roscoe. He enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play football. Cecil enjoyed playing games with his friends and he loved animals especially Dogs and Cats. Surviving Cecil, is his wife, Carrol McIntire of Sweetwater; daughters Linda Kubala and husband Donnie of Roscoe; Judy Kinsey and husband Ronny of Sweetwater; Vickie Cheek and husband Don of Lake Dallas, TX; Jeanie Walker and husband Jamie of New Braunfels, TX; son Allan McIntire and wife Debbie of Roscoe; grandchildren Clay Burns, Mellissa Mowery and husband Shane, Jessica Dahl and husband Robert, Jarred Walker and wife Dana, Justin Walker, Tommy Nash and wife Betsy, Katie McIntire; great grandchildren Breana Anderson, Dakota Mowery, Shelby Mowery, Kayden Dahl, Reagan Nash and Brody Nash, Jet McIntire, and Ryankate Nash; Brothers Charles Summers of Roscoe and Billy Joe McIntire of Roscoe; sisters Christine Masters and husband Rex of Palm Harbor, FL, Eva Finley of Odessa, TX; sister in law Nadine Summers of Pleasanton, TX; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and loving dog Buffy. He was preceded in death by parents, brother Robert Summers, grandsons Jason Cheek and Toby Nash.
