Cecelia A. Richardson, 57, of Reading, Pa., passed away Friday, April 14th, at her home. Born in Reading on March 24, 1960, she was the daughter of Carlton Walker of Blue Bell, Pa., and the late Anna (Taylor) Shingle. She was the wife of Gene W. Richardson. She was a foster mother with Concern for 17 years and a member of Spring Valley Church of God, Laureldale. Cecelia is survived by her husband, Gene; seven daughters: Leola C., wife of Leon Bungle, of Mt. Penn, Pa.; Claressa C. Wallace of West Lawn, Pa.; Lagina D. Richardson of Washington, D.C.; Ana C. Richardson of York, Pa.; Keona A. Richardson of Philadelphia, Pa.; Donita Vosburgh of Reading, Pa.; and Rachel Garcia of Florida; and six sons: Gene W. Richardson III, husband of Carmela, of Colorado; Allen M. Richardson of Washington, D.C.; Josiah C. Richardson of Reading, Pa.; Joshua N. Richardson of Wernersville, Pa.; Abraham E. Richardson, of Reading, Pa.; and Michael Richardson of Camphill, Pa. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren. Friends are invited to call 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 22nd, at John P.
