Mrs. Carol Sue (Stallings) Biggers
Indian Land – Mrs. Carol Sue Stallings Biggers, 75, of Indian Land, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill. A service will be held privately. Born in Charlotte, N.C., Sue was a daughter of the late Banks Belk Stallings Sr. and Frances Marie Turner Stallings. She graduated from Indian Land High School in 1960. Sue was always a worker, having been employed with S&W Cafeteria, Markem Corp., Harper-Love Adhesives in Charlotte and Action Pest Control in Fort Mill. She was a member of Indian Land Baptist Church for many years. In 2007, she was widowed by her husband, Ronald Jackson Biggers, after 44 years of marriage. She enjoyed spending time with family, cooking, yardwork, planting flowers and visiting the beach. Surviving are her son, Ronald Wayne Biggers of Lancaster; her daughter, Sheryl Johnson and her husband, Dwight of Brown's Summit, N.C.; her brother, Steve Stallings and his wife, Dianna, of York; her sisters, Janette Richardson of Fort Mill and Ann Tarlton and her husband, Buddy, of Rock Hill; and four grandchildren, Hannah and Audrey Biggers and Ethan and Brantley Johnson. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Biggers was preceded in death by her brother, Banks Stallings Jr.; and sister, Frances Johnson.
