Carmen Wooten Satellite Beach Carmen Wooten, 77, of Satellite Beach, died October 12, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was always the life of the party, was loved everywhere she went, and had many dear friends. She loved shopping, international travel, and BINGO. She was born in Torremolinos, Spain and earned her Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the Universidad de Granada. She became a beloved school teacher and also loved to teach classical Spanish dance. She met her husband of 50 years, Robert, when he was stationed in Spain while serving in the US Navy. She and Robert raised their family in Satellite Beach and she had an alternate career as an international sales representative. She is survived by her husband Robert, her son Albert, and her daughters Veronica (Brace) and Monica (Perry) and their spouses. She was devoted to her seven grandchildren: Alex and Alicia Wooten, Eddie and Elena Brace, and Teresa, Bobby, and Joey Perry. Funeral mass will be held Friday, October 21 at 11am at Holy name of Jesus Church in Indialantic followed by a reception in the church hall.
