Beverly A. Seibel
Beverly Ann (Trumbull) (Zakrzewski) Seibel, 77, of Whitman, a faithful Christian, has been called home to heaven on October 11, 2016, after a long illness. Beverly was born in Norwood, in 1939, and was the oldest of four children born to Chester A.J. and Marie A. (Pooler) Seibel. She was a 1958 graduate of Quincy High School and then graduated from Leominster School of Nursing in 1961. Beverly was a dedicated nurse for over 30 years, including 17 years at Brockton Hospital. She enjoyed spending time with loved ones, family trips, bingo, fresh air and sunshine. She was a loving sister to Richard Seibel (deceased), Lynda Pestilli and Mark Seibel; as well as a devoted mother to Robert Trumbull and wife Veronica of Whitman, Brett Trumbull and wife Kerri of East Bridgewater and Debra A. Trumbull Jones of Newport News, Va. She was a joyful Nana to nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the nursing staff at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and Old Colony Hospice, and her dear friend Peggy Rose for their exceptional care and never ending support. Her funeral service will be held Saturday, October 15, at 12 p.m. in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 at the rotary), Whitman. Burial will be at a later date. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Beverlys name may be made to Saint Judes Children Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379 or the Whitman Senior Center, 16 Hayden Ave., Whitman, MA 02382.
