Barbara (Howard) Leveillee, 89, died Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at The Reservoir Center after a period of declining health. She leaves her husband of 65 years, Leopold G. Leveillee of Marlborough. She is also survived by four sons: Charles Leveillee of Marlborough, John Leveillee and his wife Terri of Templeton, Thomas Leveillee of Los Angeles, CA and William Leveillee of Shrewsbury and a daughter Joanne Hayes and her husband Dallas of Worcester and seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She also leaves a sister Charlotte Eberhard and her husband Carl of Dunnellon, FL. She was born in Chicopee the daughter of the late Harold and Adelaide (Stebbins) Howard. She graduated from Springfield Hospital as a registered nurse and worked for several years there as head nurse. After this she became "mom" and raised five children. She enjoyed summers in the Truro area, reading, doing crossword puzzles and playing scrabble; she also loved watching soap operas and jeopardy. She was a member of the Friends of the Marlborough Public Library. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 10 AM in the John P. Rowe Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, October 14 from 4 - 8 PM The family suggests donations in her memory to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Vernon Street, Norwood, MA 02061 or a charity of one's choice.
