Ardell Clark Brown 1 PM Friday Marty Leonard Chapel Ardell Clark Brown Ardell was born July 12, 1935 in Ada ,Oklahoma to Eva Perry and Carson Thurlow Clark. She went home to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ on February 11, 2017. Ardell was a caregiver of children for many years as a daycare owner, church nursery worker and in her home as well. There are many children's lives that she touched and who still fondly remember her as "Nana" or "Mrs. Brown". She loved to travel with her family and was a great cook, especially her Texas chili. Ardell was a Chickasaw elder and celebrated her Native-American and Irish heritage. A brick in her honor will be placed at the Chickasaw Capitol Building in Tishomingo Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 55 years Charles Brown Sr., her son Charles "Chuck" Brown Jr., and her daughter ; Arnethia "Sissy" Brown. Survivors ; her sons Clark and Cameron Brown of Bedford TX, daughter Arnette Seethoff and son-in-law Scott Seethoff of Amarillo Tx, 3 grandchildren; Kasheena Lawrence of Atlanta Ga, Cameron "Cammy" Mitchell and her husband Tanner Mitchell of Ada,Oklahoma and Scott "Scotty" Seethoff of Amarillo. Celebration of life will be Friday February 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Marty Leonard Community Chapel , 3131 Sanguinet St. In Fort Worth, Tx. She will rest beside her husband Charles at D/FW National Cemetery in Dallas, Tx. Family requests no flowers be sent but in her memory a donation to a Native-American Charity. ... Show More
