Anthony William Kime, 38, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Richeyville, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017, in his home. He was born July 31, 1978, in Washington, a son of Robert and Priscilla George Kime of Richeyville, who survive. Mr. Kime was a 1997 graduate of Bethlehem-Center High School. He was employed as a manager in numerous chain restaurants. Mr. Kime attended Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Scenery Hill, and St. Bartholomew Roman Catholic Church, Pittsburgh. He was an avid coin collector. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a sister, Robin Poole (Michael) of Penn Hills; a niece, Tabitha Poole; a nephew, Jeremiah Poole; a great-niece, Camiah Poole; his second mother, Maryann Huzor and husband Pete, his godfather, of Richeyville; his godmother, Roberta Gerstacker (Fred); an uncle, Steven Kime; two aunts, Laraine Staley and Kathleen Kime; and several cousins. Mr. Kime also leaves behind his constant companion, Spike, his cat. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, where prayers will be said at noon Thursday, January 19. Services will follow at 1 p.m. in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 21 Church Road, Scenery Hill, with the Rev. Peter Asplin officiating. Interment will be private.
