ANGELA NICOLE (FIRESTINE) SIMOSA
ANGELA NICOLE (FIRESTINE) SIMOSA, of Cypress, Texas, passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016, at her home, with her family by her side. She was born on May 13, 1970, in Fort Wayne. Angie married Wladimir Simosa on May 23, 1998 in Orlando, Fla. She was a loving wife and devoted mother of three children, Nathan Michael (17), Nathalie Nicole (14) and Nolan Rafael (11). Angie will be remembered for her nurturing spirit, always putting others first, seeking out a good bargain, and living life with simple pleasures. Her warm heart cultivated cherished lifetime friendships while continuously drawing in new friends wherever she went. Angie inspired many over the last three years as she courageously battled brain cancer with determination and a positive attitude. Angie is survived by her husband and three children; parents, Don and Patricia (Goodman) Firestine; sisters, Elise Garwood of Indianapolis, Ind. and Emily Rickner of Dallas, Texas; nephew, Jackson Garwood; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gisela and Vincente Simosa. Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Angie are invited: Service is 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at Klein Funeral Home, 9719 Wortham Blvd., Houston, Texas, with visitation beginning at 4 p.m. Sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses at MD Anderson for their commitment and constant provision of hope. Special thanks to the Hospice team for their caring hands and tender hearts over the last few weeks.
