Angel Joseph, 27, went home to be with her Lord at 10:48 p.m. Oct. 15, 2016, in Anchorage. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2014, and it was in remission, but the cancer returned. During her life, she had two beautiful children whom she absolutely adored. She enjoyed traveling with her family. She loved to sew beads and enjoyed listening to music, but her greatest joy was to be with her kids, nieces and nephews. She will be remembered by her beautiful smile, her contagious laughter and her stubborn strong will. She was carefree and easy to talk to. She knew how to play both her dads very well. Angel is survived by her son, Jesse Marques; her daughter, Ariana Joseph; and her significant other, Manny Luke. She is also survived by her grandparents, Robert John Sr., and Yvonne John; her mother and stepfather, Roberta and Tony Delia; her father, Dennis Joseph; her sisters and brothers, Suraiya, and husband Robert Knudson; Mitchel Joseph, Casandra Delia and Trinity Delia; her nieces and nephews, Robert, Stephan, Saphira, D'alan, Tillana, Aziah, Anthony, Audriana, and Ezekiel; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, at the Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home in Fairbanks, with dinner afterward. The funeral and burial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, at the Tetlin Tribal Hall in Tetlin. Please visit www.legacy.com/obituaries/newsminer to sign an online guest book.
