Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Robert and Marilyn Gritz, Alysa moved to Staten Island in 1965. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Robert; sons, Jason and David; daughter, Rebecca; granddaughter, Clementine; sister, Susan and parents, Bob and Marilyn. She is at peace with her late brother, Alex Gritz. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared and expressed sympathy.
