Alma A. Sedor
LEE - Alma A. Sedor, 80, of Granger Drive, died peacefully on Monday, October 17, 2016, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. She has resided in Lee for over 30 years. Born November 19, 1935, in Auburn, N.Y., she was the daughter of James C. and Marion (Durnin) Deering. She was a communicant of Church of St. Thomas More in Durham. Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Gerald Sedor of Lee; her five children, Mary Kathryn Sedor of Boston, James Sedor of Arlington, Va., John Sedor of LaVerne, Calif., Margaret Sedor of San Diego, Calif., and Elizabeth Nordlie of Wayzata, Minn.; six grandchildren; her siblings, Bernard Deering of Bonita Springs, Ill., Judith Sheftic of Clifton Park, N.Y., Kathy Johnson of Auburn, N.Y., and Mary Currier of Auburn, N.Y.; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 21, from 4–6 p.m., at Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home, 77 Exeter Street, Newmarket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in December at the Church of St. Thomas More, Durham. Burial at a later date will be held in Arlington National Cemetery.
