Alan Peter Delfino February 22, 1947 - February 11, 2017 Watsonville, Calif. Alan Peter Delfino, passed away on February 11 from a jeep accident at his home. Alan was born in Carmel, California to Mary and Peter Delfino on February 22, 1947; he was nearly 70 years old. Alan enjoyed hunting and tennis. He always had a smile and was willing to help all who called on him. Alan was a graduate of Carmel High School and later graduated from the University of Oregon. He did his law classes also in Oregon. He was a corporate attorney for the Valley Packing Company in Watsonville, Calif. Alan is survived by his loving wife Patricia as well as his mother Mary Delfino; his father Peter passed away in 2006. He also leaves his daughter Nicole Lile and two grandchildren - Madeline and Riley, his son Rick Delfino and daughter Kristy, his wife Patricia's two sons - Brett and Brian Wiltshire, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. A receiving and visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 21 from 5-7 pm at the Mission Mortuary. A funeral mass will be Wednesday, February 22 at the Carmel Mission Basilica at 10 am. Burial will follow at San Carlos Cemetery in Monterey. Memorial donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
