BRADLEY Dr. MEGAN E. Age 46, of Frostburg, MD, formerly of Monroeville, PA on April 20, 2016, after a brief illness. She was born January 15, 1970, the daughter of Carol Bradley and the late William Bradley. In addition to her mother, Megan is survived by her beloved wife, Cindy Hay; and her son, Bryce Bradley-Hay. She is also survived by her sister, Diane Bradley (Don Grubbs); and her brother, John (Jenny) Bradley. Megan was the cherished aunt of Michael (Sarah) Bradley and Sophia. She was the stepmother of Jeff (Stefanie) Hay; and step-grandmother to Josiah and Jaden Hay. Megan was a professor of psychology at Frostburg University. Her course work and research focused on improving the lives of children. Megan was also active in the Maryland community through her volunteer work with CASA of Allegany County. Megan's life was celebrated in a memorial service on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, in Frostburg, MD.
