Maryllin Ann Dunievitz
DUNIEVITZ, Maryllin Ann Marillyn Ann Dunievitz passed away peacefully on September 8, 2019. She was born on November 8, 1930 in Beaumont, Texas to parents A. I. and Sadie Elkins. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's degree in petrochemistry, and went on to pursue a long, successful career in the field of chemistry at Lone Star Gas Company and Texas Instruments. Marillyn married the love of her life, Harold Dunievitz, on March 20, 1955 in Beaumont, TX. The couple spent 63 happy years together in their home state of Texas as well as traveling abroad, a favorite trip of theirs being an island-hopping adventure in the Caribbean. Marillyn had a profound positive impact on all who knew her. It would be fair to say that a great number of professionals enjoyed significant growth as a result of working with her, and that she will be remembered for her kind and loving nature. A funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Temple Emanu El located at 8500 Hillcrest Ave, Dallas, TX 75225. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice in Marillyn's honor.
