He is survived by Lynn, his wife of 55 years; sons, Mark (Toni) Cole and Greg Cole; grandson, Troy Cole; brother, Ray Cole and half-brothers and sisters, Roger Anderson, Kate Milne and Margie Ames. Gary will be remembered as a loving husband, father and friend who with his great sense of humor always kept you laughing. To honor his life, there will be a service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 8 at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
