Lowell Arthur INGRAM Lowell Ingram, 75, of Everett, passed away on June 4, 2011. Lowell was born on May 24, 1936 in Denver, CO. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth Janet Ingram, and his children, Rick Arthur Ingram, Snoqualmie, WA and Andrea Lynn Ingram, Seattle, WA. He is also survived by brothers: Rev. Leslie Francis Ingram, Jr., Houston, TX, Robert Lawrence Ingram, Charleston, SC; Dr. Lloyd Henry Ingram, Charleston, SC. Lowell worked for Seattle Public Schools as a teacher/counselor, University of Washington as a counselor/advisor, and later, as a property manager for a large condominium association.
