Linda Marie Goehring
Linda Marie Goehring, born Nov 21, 1941, was called home to the Lord Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2019. Linda was born in Chester, PA. and has lived in Coalport, PA, Royal Oak MI, Noblesville IN, Wheeling WV, and Kailua HI before moving to PCB in 2016. Linda is survived by her loving husband of 27 + years, Michael Goehring; her son James Nenni, his wife Michelle (Warzinski) Nenni (of OH), and their two children Brendan (TN) and Jordan (AL). Also surviving are two step-grandchildren Terry and Sasha Rockwell (CA). Linda's surviving siblings are: Dottie Kline (NY); Margie Cook (NY); and the family of Charles Troxell of Honolulu, HI. Close relatives include cousins Marilyn Davies and her family of Ferndale, MI and Shirley Waite and her family of Coalport, PA. Preceding her in death are 14-year-old daughter; Marie Ann Nenni (IN), her parents Bertha Brown Troxell and Thomas Troxell, her three brothers Robert Troxell of AL, Charles Troxell of HI, and John Burnette of NY. Linda was passionate about her family and in her belief in our risen Lord – Christ our Redeemer. She and her husband, Mike, participated in and led many Bible Studies and service groups at Covenant Community Church, Wheeling WV; Kailua Missionary Baptist Church in Kailua HI; and for the past three years they have worshipped and been active at Lighthouse Church in PCB FL. There will be a celebration of life 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Cole Bailey officiating. Family will receive friends 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Light House Church at 1616 Allison Avenue Panama City Beach, Florida 32407.
