93, longtime Westlake resident, died Saturday at Brighton Gardens. Born 9/13/25 to the late Albin & Nancy (Moorehead) Fouts, youngest of 13 children, all deceased. U. S. Navy veteran serving during WW II. Retired United Transportation Union after 44 years. Member West Side Church of Christ, the Masoic order, Lakewood Kiwanis & 1994 Lakewood Citizen of the Year. Husband to Mary (Davisson) Schofield Fouts and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Laid to rest with his first wife, Helen C. Fouts, Sunset Memorial Park.
