KOGLER, Kenneth Kenneth K. Kogler, age 74 of Kentwood, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2014. Preceding him in death are his parents, Carl and Myrtie Kogler; daughter, Peggy White; brothers, Bruce and Fred Kogler; sister, Caroline Kogler. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Rachel Kogler originally from North Carolina; his daughter, Kendra (Bob) Curtiss; Rachel's sons, Steve (Amy) Crandall, Gary Crandall of TC, Glen Crandall of Seattle; grandchildren, Tasha Spurgeon, Joshua (Jennifer) Hoekstra, Robert Curtiss, Jamie White, Jennifer (Anthony) Tracy, Megan Crandall; great grandchildren, Matthew, Alyssa, Aiden, Michael, Sara, Makai, Lilly, Madelyn; special friends: Babe Ike, Linda Tjalsma, Mark Izzard, Daryl Donaker. Kenneth led the band Ken Kay & The Country Drifters for many years and worked at McInerney Spring and Wire. At his request cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ken's memory may be made to Mackenzie's Animal Sanctuary, 8935 Thompson Rd., Lake Odessa, MI 48849.
