Karen S. Majocka, 70 Ware - On September 5th, Karen Majocka, 70, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, great mom, friend, sister and the best Grammy. She lived her early life in North Brookfield, later moving to Ware after she was married. She spent her life and career in the service of others as a Nurse Practitioner. She loved her family, (especially her grand babies), gardening, a great sale, a good twin lobster dinner, her friends and life. She is survived by her husband of nearly 47 years, John; her daughter Ashley Majocka of Quincy; daughter Caitlin (née Majocka) and son-in-law Dwayne Sepeda of South Hadley; brother and sister-in-law Gary and Anne Hammond of Tucson, Arizona; sister Cheryl (née Hammond) Duel of Oldsmar, FL; three nephews and two cherished grandsons. A graveside memorial will be held September 15th at 10 o'clock in the morning at Walnut Grove Cemetery in North Brookfield. The family is being assisted with funeral arrangements by Cebula Funeral Home of 66 South Street, Ware, Ma. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
