JAY G. WOOLHEATER
Jay G. Woolheater, 83, a WWII Navy Veteran, of Holly Hill, passed away peacefully on May 29, 2010. He was born on Jan. 4, 1927, in Oneonta, N.Y. He was a member of the IBEW Local 325, Binghamton, N.Y. for 64 years. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 1590. He leaves behind his loving wife of 64 years, Frances; four children, Richard (Jane), of Plant City, Robin Shinners (Craig), of Dallas, TX, Skip (Linda), of TN and Jeff (Sandy), of Daytona Beach; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. John Chewning and his staff of Angels at Oceanside Hospice of Ormond Beach, for helping us through this difficult time.
