Ina Young Ina Young, who resided near Paris, passed away Friday, May 10, 2019, in Fort Smith. She was born Oct. 5, 1939, in Lincoln County, Okla., to Roland and Anna (Lee) Waldeck. She was 79 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth O'Keith Young; her sons, Kenneth Young and Phillip Young; her daughter, Vicki Cooper; her grandsons, Nicholas Mathis and Lance Young; her sisters, Ida Gay and Ruth Waldeck; and her brother, Dale Waldeck. Private family burial will be held at a later date at McVay Cemetery in Carbon City. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Charleston. She is survived by a sister, Ann Waldeck of Scottsville, Ky.; a daughter, Debra Mathis and husband David of Paris; a son, David Young and wife Angela of Lavaca; grandchildren, Michael Stephens and wife Rebecca of Paris, Phillip Gann of Paris, Daniel Young and wife Brittney of Charleston, Marissa Elmore and husband Jarred of Greenwood, Brett Young and fiancée Alexis Norris of Fort Smith, Addie Miller of Fort Smith and Ben Cooper and wife Patty of Paris; her nieces and nephews; and three generations of grandchildren.
