Howard "Danny" Hunter
A Memorial service for Howard "Danny" Hunter, 67 of Walker St. Holly Hill, who passed away June 19, 2015, will be held Saturday at 2:00 P.M. at the American Legion Post 120, 461 Walker St., Holly Hill. A native of Greene, PA, Mr. Hunter moved to this area from Virginia as a young man. He retired as a supervisor of maintenance for the Volusia County Health Department. Danny served in the US Marine Corp. He was a member and past commander of VFW Post 1590, member of and sargeant at arms of Americian Legion Post 120 and member of AmVets. Danny had great passion for his family, his grandsons, his dogs, and for riding his motorcycle. Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Lynn; three sisters, Nancy, Doris and Phyllis; and two grandsons. Condolences may be shared at www.dalewoodwardfuneralhomes.com
