Heidi Marie Mundy Henne, 46, died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011, at her home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John's R.C. Church in Dunellen, N.J., on Friday, Dec. 2, at 9 a.m. Interment will follow at Lake Nelson Memorial Park in Piscataway, N.J. Friends may visit the family at the Mundy Funeral Home, 142 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen, N.J., on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Heidi was born Nov. 23, 1965, in Livingston, N.J., and resided in Dunellen, N.J., and Bethlehem, Pa., before moving to Northampton, Pa., in 1990. Heidi was a registered nurse and homemaker and a proud member of St. Nicholas R.C. Church in Walnutport, Pa. She recieived her nursing degree from Northampton Community College. She was loved by many for her selflessness and compassion. She had a fond love of people and performed her duties with excellence and care. She loved the thought of helping others in need that couldn't help themselves. Heidi believed that her greatest achievement in life was her family, she constantly moved heaven and earth to give her children and husband opportunities that would advance their lives and bring them true happiness. Happiness in her mind didn't come from money, possessions, or power. It came from the people around you. This is why she kept her family and friends close and in her heart. Heidi may have lived a short life but it was a life filled of magnificent memories. Her family includes her husband, Michael W. Henne; four children, Robert Henne of Chicago, Ill., Harrison Henne, Michelle Henne and Michael Henne, all of Northampton; a brother, David Mundy and his wife, Lisa, of Upper Saddle River, N.J.; her stepfather, James Arsenault; two nieces, Gabriella and Gianna Mundy; dear friends, Robin and Ricky Kysilia and their children, Tommy, Karlie, Sarah and Lori.
