Gloria L. Brandt February 7, 2019 Gloria L. Brandt of Sarasota, FL, passed away peacefully on Feb. 7, 2019. Born on Feb. 1, 1929 in Albany, NY, she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Eric George Brandt, and her siblings Mary Fuller, Anne Gaffner, and Robert Norton. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Nugent (William) of Florida, her son, Jeffrey E. Brandt of Nevada, her granddaughter, Jennifer Rehmeyer (Andrew) of State College, PA, her grandson, Eric J. Brandt (Melissa) of E. Greenbush, NY, her granddaughter, Stephanie Brandt of Baldwinsville, NY, her great grandchildren, Anna, Austin, Oliver and Rielle, her special niece Deborah Lloyd of Corinth, NY and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. She lived a majority of her long life in Syracuse, NY where she was a secretary at Syracuse Castings for many years. Gloria was soft spoken, stylish and sophisticated, and cherished by so many.
