Glenn Arnell Anderson, Jr., 48. He was a former small business owner working on construction sites until he became disabled. Glenn graduated from East Chicago Central High School and attended Purdue University Calumet for three years. Glenn was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Dan and Maggie Battle; maternal aunt, Ruby Battle; and paternal grandparent, Willie Fielders. Glenn is survived by his mother, Brenda Lee Battle Franklin; father, Glenn (Brenda) Anderson, Sr.; brother and sisters: Grant (Joy) Anderson, Rhonda (Sylvester) Neil, Karen Allen, Denise Hall, Faith Anderson, and Glynnis Barnes Anderson; special cousins, Arnay and Arnaysha Battle; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial service is Monday, August 7, at 11:00am, at God's Word Ministries COGIC, 400 Marshall St. Officiating Superintendent Johnny Maynor, Jr.
