Paul Devon Wagner
Paul Devon Wagner, 81, of Fort Walton Beach Florida, passed away on October 29th, 2019 surrounded by family and friends. He was born to parents Orlando Wagner and Earlamond Gillin Wagner on January 29th, 1938 in Snowshoe, Pennsylvania. Paul graduated from Franklin High School in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. After marrying Evelyn Ritchey and having two sons Lanny Wagner and Paul Wagner, Paul moved the family to Fort Walton Beach, FL after being laid off from the steel mills. Sons Chris Wagner and Noel Wagner were soon born while living there. Later in life, Paul married Shirley Thorn Coffee and helped raise two additional sons Glenn Coffee and Rick Coffee. Paul is predeceased by his parents above along with brothers Orlando Wagner Jr, Thorald Wagner and sisters Gaynell Wagner Marsh and Bonnie Wagner. Paul is also predeceased by nephew Kevin Marsh. Paul is survived by all of the sons above as well as a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Paul is also survived by his loving wife Shirley Wagner and older sister Rella Wagner Pergrim. Paul was happiest in the outdoors either behind his fishing rod in the Gulf of Mexico or his rifle in Pennsylvania and Alabama. He never refused a favor asked or to extend a helping hand to family friends and neighbors.
