STRANGE, Marjorie Wright Marjorie Wright Strange passed away January 12, 2020. She was born in 1922 to Pearl and Homer Wright in Pittsburg, Kansas; grew up in Dallas, graduated with a degree in education from SMU and taught in Richardson schools for many years. Marj was a voracious reader and an avid golfer, managing several holes in one during her career. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and great-aunt who will be remembered fondly by all her family. She is predeceased by her husband Bill Strange, Jr and her daughter Dru Strange. She is survived by her son Bill and his longtime companion Cherryl Peterman; granddaughter Rachel Winner, her husband Kevin Winner and their three children; grandsons William Strange, his wife Claire Strange and their two children; and Adam Strange, his wife Jennifer and their son. Please make a donation to the charity of your choice in her honor. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
