Services and burial for Marilyn Serber, 75, of Tyler will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Tyler with Rabbi Neal Katz officiating. Mrs. Serber passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Longmeadow Healthcare Center in Justin, Texas. She was born March 10, 1944 in Roswell, NM to Helen and Julian Kessel. Marilyn was a long-time member of Congregation Beth El. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Serber. She is survived by her loving family including: daughter, Julie Sacks (Steve) of Chicago; and son, Jeff Serber (Cara) of Southlake. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ania and Reid Sacks, and Libby and Allie Serber. There will be a reception immediately following the graveside service at Congregation Beth El.
