In memory of
Mae Juliano
Mae Juliano, 82 Enjoyed traveling in retirement; Ireland was her favorite Mae Juliano, 82, lifelong Staten Island resident, passed away on Sept. 13, 2019, at Seaview Nursing Home after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. After her retirement from Met Life in 1999, she set her sights on traveling with her sisters and friends. She traveled to many cities, states and countries, but Ireland was her favorite and she went back many times. When she wasn't off on her adventures, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, making memories all will treasure throughout their lifetimes. She enjoyed reading books, sitting at the beach and listening to music (especially Irish and country music). She was a member of the Staten Island Antique Automobile Club for many years. She enjoyed driving her '68 Plymouth Barracuda. When you met Mae you couldn't help but love her. Her personality was larger than life; she touched everyone she knew. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Mae was preceded in death by her husband Frank. She is survived by children, Frank Juliano (Annie Cummings), Debbi Pascocello and Randy Juliano; sisters, Ann Ihnken and Gloria Devine; sister-in-law, Shirley Juliano; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to Hanley Funeral Home today, Monday, Sept. 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., to reminisce, grieve and support each other. Funeral services and burial will be held at The Church of St. Andrew, 40 Old Mill Rd., Richmondtown, on Tuesday, Sept 17, at 10 a.m. Hanley Funeral Home 60 New Dorp Lane Staten Island, NY 10306 (718) 351-1800
