Jim is predeceased by his parents, John and Catherine Hoy, his sisters, Dona McClain and Ethel Scott and his nephew, John Simmons. Jim will be lovingly remembered by his three sisters, MaryLou (Dennis) Simmons, Cathy (Larry) Braasch and Nancy Ervin (James). Jim will also be fondly remembered by his Aunt Fran Devaney and nieces and nephews, Dennis (Amy), Debra, Charlene (Jim), Chrissy, Kelly Ann, Bobby, Justin (Stephanie), Billy and all of his great nieces and nephews. Jim will also be fondly remembered by his best friend Patti Hamilton and his step-children, Sarah and Kenny; his fishing and camping buddy, his only grandchild, Mackenzie - he was her very own “Santa Claus”; his two best buddies, Paul and Lance and his extended family and many dear friends. The family will hold a private service in memoriam of Jim. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Jim to St. Francis Hospital in Trenton, New Jersey, who took such great care of Jim during his illness.
