Marijane Isenagle
Marijane Isenagle Phoenix, AZ - Marijane Isenagle passed away peacefully at home in Phoenix, AZ on March 7, 2021 surrounded by much of her family. She was born February 23, 1930 in Detroit, Michigan. After graduating from high school in Lake Orion, Michigan she spent a brief time in Florida. Eventually she landed in Palm Springs, California where she married her late husband Michael Isenagle and raised her children. Always a hard worker in her young years she waited tables (Sambo's both south and north. Even one summer in Santa Barbara, the original). When her body asked for a breather, she worked in a couple of kitchens. One was The Overlook in Indiana and another was a convalescence home in Ohio. Marijane moved back to California in 1985 and entered recovery at the "House of Hope" in Desert Hot Springs where she soon become assistant director and then director. Here is where she found her joy. As a person who by nature wanted to help people she thrived. She was mother, aunt, sister, grandmother, great aunt, great grandmother and friend and she loved to cook for you all. Services will be held at St Elizabeth Catholic Church, 66-700 Pierson Blvd., Desert Hot Springs at 10am on May 21, 2021. Continued gathering will be at 65-837 Buena Vista, Desert Hot Springs.
