Cecilia J. "Tari" ANDERSON
ANDERSON, Cecilia J. "Tari" On April 26, 2021 Cecilia Jane Anderson, preferably called by her Hawaiian name, "Tari", went home to be with the Lord. She was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, and traveled the world finally settling here in Spokane Washington for over 48 years. Tari is survived by her husband, Monte and her 4 children; Pepperlyn (m. Allen), Michael, Gregory (m. Caroline) and Jade. Including 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters; Audrey, Kele, Priscilla, and brother Daniel. Tari's biggest accomplishment began in the 1980's, when mixing her passion with the love of the game, she created the Lilac City Pool League. Tari was the owner of what became Spokane's greatest Billiards organization of all time for over 10 years. As an avid billiard pool player, Tari became a 5x City Champion and reigned 9th in the Nation in the Las Vegas tournament. She had a passion for writing, continuing education, who was like a walking encyclopedia with an extensive vocabulary. Tari, was a hopeless romantic who loved to dance, had a compassionate heart, and whoever knew our mother, knew you would never leave her house hungry. Her love for gardening and floral designs led to the building of her business called Tari's Landscape Creations. A funeral service will be held this Saturday, May 15, 2021 at King's Chapel Spokane located at 6425 North Lidgerwood at 2pm.
