Joseph J. Galati Sr. Born January 1, 1924. Found peace May 1, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Mary (nee Paccagnella). Dear father of Susan (John) Walton, Joseph (Gail) Galati, and MaryJo (Gregory) Olszewski. Proud grandfather of Angela (David) Sidebottom, Joseph Walton, Anthony (Amy) Galati, Thomas (Amy) Galati, Andrew (Danielle) Galati, Michael (Tami) Olszewski, Mary Olszewski, and Stephen (Jamie) Olszewski. Great-grandfather of Joseph and Henry Sidebottom, Louise, Florence, Rocco, and Lucca Galati, Rowen and Maxon Galati, and Lucy Olszewski. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and retiree of the Falk Corporation. Special thanks to the staff at Clement Manor for their loving care. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, May 6, at St. Rita's Church (2318 S. 61st St. West Allis) at 11:30 AM. Visitation will be Thursday at the church 10:00 AM until time of Mass. Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Fisher House of Milwaukee appreciated.
