Chad W. Braker Born: September 11, 1972 in Harvard, IL Died: November 14, 2020 in Wonder Lake, IL Chad W. Braker (48) passed away on November 14, 2020, due to complications from COVID 19. He was born September 11, 1972 in Harvard, IL and died at his home in Wonder Lake, IL. Survivors include: His daughter, Victoria and grandkids, Raiden and Katana; mom, Linda Evans; father, Gary Braker (Pat); sisters, Kim Terry (Scott) and Krista Tidaback (Dan); nieces, nephews and friends. Chad and his late stepfather, Dennis Evans, spent weekend time together watching the Chicago Bears games or their favorite TV shows. They were good buddies. Soccer was his favorite sport, starting at age 7. He played for years, including traveling and indoor teams. He also was an avid football and wrestling star in high school. Muskie fishing was his passion. Fishing and camping trips with Victoria were very important each summer to both of them and a good time for bonding. Chad joined the National Guard to obtain assistance in getting his Bachelor Degree in Business at Northern Illinois University. For the last approx. 15 years, he was the top salesman at Warmly Yours, Lake Zurich, IL, a leader in radiant heating. Grampa Chad will certainly be missed by his grandkids! Victoria will, without a doubt, miss her Dad; she says he was her "rock".
