D'AMICO, Anthony E. of Boynton Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2021 at the age of 93. A man of deep faith who treasured his family, he was predeceased by his beloved wife Jean of 68 years. He is survived by his cherished children Susan and Stephen; grandchildren Kristina and Stephen (Alie); great-grandchildren Stephen (SJ) and Harper; and his many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by his sisters Camille Mascia, Vita Fazio, Jean D'Amico, Antoinette D'Amico and his brothers Ray D'Amico, Vincent D'Amico, and Frank D'Amico. A graduate of Manhattan College with a degree in civil engineering Anthony worked as a professional engineer in New York City for many years. He later founded Climate Engineering, a heating and cooling company in South Florida. He and Jean traveled to all continents of the globe, excluding Antarctica. They were active members of St. Therese Catholic Church. Anthony was a fourth Degree (Life Member) and Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. He served his country in the U.S. Army as a First Sergeant of the 537 Engineer Co and was a veteran of the Korean conflict. Family and friends will be received at Palms West Funeral Home Monday 9:30-11:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Noon at St. Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church, 11800 Lake Worth Rd, Wellington, FL 33449 followed by Military Honors at the church.
